The FELMRC Lower Level Library caters to the PK to YS 7. Located on the ground floor of the St. Martin Building. It caters services for children that promotes wider reading, motivated readers and learners for life. It also supports Basic Education’s mission and vision by developing students to have good study skills through reading and writing using the library collection.
