Guidelines For Returning Materials In The New Normal

  • Materials can be dropped off the the UST Angelicum College Sto. Domingo Gate at the guard station.
  • Please fill out the form with date, name of the learner, year and level, and title of the borrowed material/s.
  • Take a picture of the material before handing it to the guard as proof.
  • Please label the material as "for return to library"

AVR - 3 days - 1 item only

College 1 week 3 books
Teaching 1 month; subject for renewal 12 books
Non-Teaching 2 weeks; subject for renewal 10 books
Administrator 2 months; subject for renewal 10 book

  • Reference material are for room use only
  • Filipiniana and Periodical maybe borrow by teaching, non-teaching and administrator depend on the level of demands of the materials.
  • Renewal items may be allowed provided no reservations were made.
Recall of Library Materials

Loan period of all library materials ends two (2) weeks before the final exam. All loaned materials are subject to recall at the end of each semester for inventory and clearance purposes.
