Queries or concerns about the library can be submitted via e-mail, at ask.librarian@ust.edu.ph.
All library concerns will be entertained and answered within two working days.
Other concerns sent from our e-mail will be forwarded to the concerning department.
Virtual Office
An online virtual office is a synchronous reference answering service via google meet, it is accommodated by the librarian in-charge. They range from finding the answers to particular questions, or even extensive searches, and writing up the result to maintaining a good reference collection and assisting learners and employees to find the information themselves.
